Schedule a free, 15 minute virtual video call to meet your provider, discuss your personal goals and discover a plan to evaluate areas of your health that may be holding you back. If you’re ready to move forward, we will immediately set you up with a lab-work order and provide you with access to our secure, HIPAA compliant patient portal.

Once your lab results are ready, you will receive email notification. You can then log into your patient portal and book a virtual visit to review your results. During this visit, we will review your results with you in comprehensive detail on a 30 min video call with screen-share. Your provider will walk you through each of your results and work with you to develop a plan to address any area needing improvement. You will be set up with all prescriptions and complete instructions on your treatment plan as well as next follow up labs and visit. We will work within your budget and goals to design a plan that meets your specific needs.

If questions come up along the way, don’t worry! You will always have access to your provider for questions and to book follow up appointments as you need through our private member portal.
